The cost of your signage will depend on the overall design, scope of work, and the materials used to fabricate your sign. In partnering with your team, we will keep cost top of mind and work to provide value-engineered functions to ensure you're getting the lowest cost and the best return on investment (ROI).
The easiest way to start the process is to call us at (336) 297-9600 and speak with one of our Project Managers. During the initial call, we will learn more about your project and what you are looking for, and we will explain our services (Design, Permitting, Fabrication, and Installation) and how each works for you.
Our experienced team of Project Managers can provide examples of work we have completed and talk through your signage needs. Visit our Interior Graphics page for more information.
Any and all materials! Each project is different and we will work with you to find the right solution to meet your project's needs. Commonly used materials for environmental signage include adhesive-backed vinyl, acrylic, high-density urethane (HDU), foamed PVC, aluminum composite (ACM), aluminum, and more.
Commercial vehicle graphics serve two primary purposes. One, they identify your business or organization, and two, they help provide branding and promotion, helping you get the word out to potential customers just by driving your vehicle around.
Prep and installation time for commercial vehicle graphics depends on the complexity of the graphics package along with the size of your vehicle. Most commercial jobs require your vehicle to be with us for 2-3 days.
The first step in the vehicle graphics process is to design the package to fit your vehicle or fleet. This work is done by our graphic designers, utilizing the latest creative software. Once they've been designed, your vehicle graphics are then produced with digital printers, laminators, and cutters.
The best thing you can do to maintain the look of your new commercial vehicle graphics package is to keep it clean and out of the sun for extended periods of time. Of course, we understand that your vehicle is part of your business and can't stay in the garage all the time. We suggest parking your vehicle in different spots or locations so the sun isn’t always hitting the same points on the vehicle.
Keeping your vehicle clean and free of dust and debris is also critical. Road dust will become baked into the protective finish of your graphic, which can decrease its lifespan. Having your vehicle washed or at the very least rinsed every other week will keep your graphics looking fresh.
Vehicle graphics are made to be easily replaced. Typically, a graphic on a commercial vehicle that is kept clean will last 3-5 years. However, user neglect often calls for graphics to be replaced much earlier.
After several years, you may begin to notice your graphic beginning to wear down. Typically, we notice the vinyl starts to lose its gloss finish and begin to crack. This will first be visible on horizontal surfaces like the hood and roof of the vehicle.
Once you notice this kind of wear, we strongly recommend having a professional remove the graphics. If these areas aren’t addressed it will cause lasting damage to the painted surface under the graphics.
Many clients choose to routinely change their graphics every 2-3 years to minimize removal costs. There are other benefits to changing your graphics as well: you may have updated branding, and fresh graphics can give the appearance of a new vehicle altogether.
